Once the rush of anger is over, you are ready to begin doing further work on changing your thinking. Here are some suggestions:
1. Go for a long, slow walk or sit quietly to begin your reflections.
2. Select something from the 'changing thinking' section that you can mentally repeat
and reflect upon. For example:
* ‘This is a lesson. I am ready for this lesson.’
* ‘That person is a mirror. I’m looking at myself. It is not him, it is me.’
* ‘He cannot change. I can.’
* ‘Thank you for this. All is perfect.’
* ‘I am not this anger, I am the observer of this anger.
I am the screen, not the movie showing on the screen.’
3. If you have the Transmuting Anger CDs listen to them again, even in the
background while doing something else. Go over what resonates with you in
the message and practise it as much as you can.
Everyone can master anger. Of that we are sure. It’s like washing mud off a diamond. We are the diamond, not the mud.

We honour the God within you.
